"Shannon has been our realtor in Tahoe through multiple buy & sell transactions between 2014 and 2020. She's extremely responsive, works hard and has our best interest in mind at all times. She's also travelled with us for days up and down all sides of the lake in search of the perfect property. She also went above and beyond with getting us contractor bids and even buying CO2 detectors on the spot during a vacation rental permit inspection to make sure we got approved before the inspector left. That act alone helped ensure that we'd be able to rent out our new property the same day that we closed escrow and honor the previous owner's existing bookings.Tahoe has been in a huge real estate boom since we bought our first property, so we haven't had much luck negotiating great deals on properties (paying 100% and 96% of the asking price on our 2 purchases), but that's probably in large part due to market conditions. On the plus side, we did hold out and were able to get full asking price after a few weeks on our 1 sale.Overall, Shannon really understands our real estate needs and the Tahoe market. You can 100% count on her to follow through on every item, down to the smallest details. She's very friendly, supportive, patient and knowledgeable. I'd highly recommend her to anyone looking to move to Tahoe or purchase a vacation home."

"Shannon Witt took fantastic care of all our needs. During a very unconventional time. Covid hit right when we decided to list our home, it was certainly a challenge to put up a for sale sign and try to do open houses.... ultimately having to do almost all of it “ Virtually”, certainly was interesting! Shannon took care of everything, as we were restricted to even come up to our vacation home during this whole pandemic situation. She set up all the inspections, met with the contractors, workers, and helped with the transition with our rental company! We would definitely use her for any real estate needs!"
